President Biden has a new strategy to take down Donald Trump, according to Axios. The idea is to try to humiliate the former President so that he loses his composure and goes “haywire in public,” the outlet reported. The President reportedly believes that Trump is intellectually and emotionally weak, and his ego won’t allow him to tolerate public humiliation. The Axios report further notes that Biden will use this tactic to distract from the issues Americans care about most – the economy, government, and immigration.
Some analysts say the tactic has already made itself apparent recently as Biden repeatedly refers to Trump as a “loser.” During a recent interview with the New Yorker, Biden appeared to prod Trump, saying, “I’m the only one who has ever beat him, and I’ll beat him again.”
Insiders report that President Biden wanted to move America beyond Donald Trump in 2020, but Trump was immovable, and now Biden feels he must continue that battle. Meanwhile, Donald Trump reveals he does not even believe that Joe Biden will be the Democrats’ candidate in November.
Speaking to the Daily Caller’s Vince Coglianese in early March, the former President repeated his claim that Biden is not mentally fit enough to fight a Presidential election. “I think he’s in bad shape,” Mr. Trump said.
The GOP frontrunner has increased his criticisms of Biden’s mental state as the campaign has gone on and routinely mocks him at rallies, saying he cannot string a sentence together or find his way off a stage.
Others have likewise made observations about Trump’s capabilities, with many saying he is becoming increasingly confused, citing examples such as his apparent confusion about who was in charge of security on Capitol Hill on January 6, 2021. During one rally speech, Trump seemed to confuse his GOP rival Nikki Haley with former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, prompting Haley to say the former President is no longer up to the job of leading the United States.
