Since president Joe Biden entered the oval office in January of 2021, it is no secret that the United States has experienced a series of problems on both the domestic and international levels that have been caused or exacerbated by the sitting president. Indeed, early in his term Biden promoted several large spending packages passed by Democrats and Republican allies in Congress which authorized trillions of dollars in new spending. These packages at least in part were responsible for the levels of inflation that have skyrocketed the cost of living and crushed the American working class. Over 60% of Americans are estimated to be living paycheck to paycheck, and housing costs have increased to such an extent that many median income families cannot afford to purchase a residence.
Internationally, Biden’s incoherent and feckless leadership has placed America at a position of weakness. Most recently, Biden has watched as Hamas has waged war against Israel. Biden has previously made a deal with Iran which gave the country billions in frozen assets in exchange for American prisoners. While Biden is unpopular, Democrats seek likely to continue to support the president or a similar candidate should he be replaced. A recent poll shows how radical the party has become- 1 in 5, or 20% of leftists are estimated to support the terrorist group Hamas in their war against Israel.
These same individuals often appear unwilling or unable to acknowledge the serious crisis that is occurring at the southern border. Millions of illegals have entered the nation on an annual basis since 2021, and tens of thousands continue to arrive daily. One county in the state of Colorado, which has seen a huge influx of migrants, announced fines would be imposed on bus companies that have been dropping off migrants in the county’s borders. Colorado, a far left progressive state, had previously declared itself a “sanctuary state” welcoming droves of illegals in previous years.
