Harris Pushes for More Debates

Vice President Kamala Harris has issued a public challenge to former President Donald Trump, urging him to agree to additional debates.

She’s like a kid asking for a rematch because she lost…

Speaking at a rally in Nevada, she emphasized the importance of providing voters with ample opportunity to hear from their potential leaders. Addressing a crowd of approximately 7,500 people at the World Market Expo Center in Las Vegas, Harris claimed that the American public deserves a more in-depth discussion of the issues at stake.

Harris remarked, “I’m trying to debate Donald Trump again. I think he should debate again. The American people have a right to hear us discuss the issues. And as you say here in Las Vegas, I’m all in. I’m all in, even if my opponent is ready to fold.”

Despite the mounting calls for further debates, Trump has so far declined to commit.

Why would he?

This reluctance comes even in the face of pressure from within his party and overwhelming public support, as evidenced by a Quinnipiac University poll showing that over 60% of Americans want another debate between Harris and Trump.

But that’s classic Trump. Maybe he’s keeping Kamala on her toes.

Harris’s push for more debates is crucial given the tight races both in Nevada and nationally, where she holds a slim lead. In a testament to her campaign’s momentum, Harris raised $55 million from two campaign stops in California over the weekend. But most of that came from big business.

She might be raising money, but she clearly feels as though she needs another chance to hit Trump at the debate. And another chance to tell him “I’m speaking.” Yawn.
