Report Shows Democrat States Bussing Migrants to Other States, Cities

The deep-blue, Democrat-dominated communities in Texas have been the target of liberal accusations that the Lone Star State mistreated migrants by sending them north by bus, but in the past few years, those same cities have reversed course and sent roughly 60,000 migrants back to other blue states.

Texas Governor Greg Abbott reportedly transported over 120,000 migrants from border villages to Philadelphia, New York City, Denver, Washington, DC, Los Angeles, Chicago,

While the majority of those who took use of the Texas transit scheme were Venezuelan, many others came from other nations that were very impoverished.

Abbott shifted the focus of the immigration discussion with his bussing scheme. Without the bus routes leading north, these border crossers would have stayed in Texas for a more extended period before spreading to other states. The Democrats could have falsely accused Texas of abusing migrants for a long time without facing any domestic repercussions if this had been the case.

Blue governments were compelled to spend billions on housing and other freebies when tens of thousands of migrants started flooding into their cities, testing their sanctuary claims. The northern states didn’t object when Texas was compelled to spend billions on migrants; what changed was when they were forced to pay billions with Texas.

Many of these northern communities have actually started their own deportation bus services (kicking the proverbial can down the other road) since the Texas program started.

Many of these nations are actively working to remove migrants despite their tired boasts of being “welcoming” locales. More than 35,000 people have been enticed by New York to leave the Empire State for Illinois, Florida, or even Texas again. Also, Denver has attempted this strategy. It is documented that Denver has relocated at least 22,000 migrants. Free bus and plane tickets have been offered to over 7,000 migrants in Illinois, but they are conditional on leaving the Land of Lincoln.

This aptly demonstrates how Joe Biden’s immigration issue is bringing poverty to the United States and exposes the left’s hypocrisy when the problem impacts their blue state Utopias.
